Since my first steps in Information Technology, I have realised its significant potential. IT can provide solutions to complex information problems by breaking this down into convenient, simplistic solutions. Having extensive knowledge and experience in software development, I understand how to make computers work for your business needs. Software should solve problems but never create new ones, that's why I am pragmatic and pay special attention in software design. Effective planning, following schedules and deadlines are critically important for project success.

At the moment I am carrying out my postgraduate research to achieve a degree of Ph.D. in CS. My thesis theme lies in fields of artificial intelligence, natural language processing and speech recognition. I also lecture on the IA-32 Assembly Language and Distributed Computation at the Mari State Technical University.

I'm convinced that only continual learning leads to success. We keep abreast of the ever changing technologies, frameworks and tools to ensure our knowledge remains current. At Citronium, we promote an environment of self-education. We learn from one other, from our mistakes and successes, and this unites us as a team. Every week at our company seminar we acquaint ourselves with and discuss the latest news and developments in IT.

My Ph.D. thesis involves extensive research and practical applications of wireless networks security. In addition, I lecture at the Mari State Technical University on the Distributed Computation and Computer Architecture.

Only by having a sound knowledge of your area of expertise can you can achieve great results. I have an electro-technical higher education and understand how computing machinery works. This enables me to find optimal ways to implement project ideas. It's very important to keep the balance between hi-end and established, proven approaches and to choose the most suitable solution according to the customer's requirements.

I have been programming since 7th grade when my father bought me my first computer. Since then I have studied hard and I am now able to create programs myself. In my opinion, there is no limit for perfection. Every day I work on developing my skills. Reading up on the latest IT developments helps me achieve this.

Timofey Tatarinov

Since playing computer games back in my childhood, I was always interested to know how it all worked. I was curious but never had the opportunity to learn as there was no such class at my school. I didn't give up and started to study programming on my own. I had a goal – to become number one in programming and it became a huge part of my life. I am sure Citronium is the right place for me.

Konstantin Khukalenko

Programming is not only a job for me. I enjoy solving difficult problems and looking for creative decisions and I receive all of this working in IT field. Standing on one place means going a step back for me. I like learning new things and grow professionally. And this is what me and my colleagues in Citronium does every day when coming to work.
